An Awareness Campaign at Nova Excellence School Gulshan -e - Iqbal Karachi

PROGRAM REPORT

An Awareness Campaign was conducted at Nova Excellence School Gulshan -e - Iqbal Karachi, on 3rd October, 2013 by Awareness Voluntary Organization Project: Awareness Pakistan to educate & create awareness among the young generation to include Children &Persons with Disabilities in mainstream society.

Most of the time where ever if a Person with Disability is seen approaching someone, it is assumed by almost all the general public that he is going to ask for some financial or medical help. ‘No Sir, this is not so’, not all persons with Disabilities who approach you are in need of financial or medical assistance  They can be Prospective Buyers, Sales Persons, Clients, Lawyers, Teachers, Consultants, Professors or from any other walk of life. We conduct Free Disability Attitude Awareness Lectures in Schools, Colleges & Universities & try to change the young generation’s outlook towards Persons with Disabilities.
