First Ever Eid Milan Musical Evening by PWDs Wing of any Political Party

PROGRAM REPORT

MQM PWDs Wing under the guidance of Quaid-e-Tahreek Altaf Hussien Bhai, Rabita Committee & Women Wing had organized the First Ever Eid Milan Musical Evening by any political party which was  managed & performed by Persons with Disabilities on Saturday, 24^th August, 2013..

The attendees consists of PWDs from different NGOs & DPOs with diverse disabilities, also present were members of Rabita Committee, Senators, MNAs, MPAs, In-charge of various Wings and not to forget mentioning the special appearance of Renowned Comedian Mr Umer Sheriff to perform among PWDs on this occasion.

In her speech, Ms.Kishwer Zehra MNA & In-charge MQM Women Wing expressed the philosophy of Quaid-e-Tahreek Altaf Hussien Bhai & MQM of ‘Empowerment for All’.  The creation of a PWDs Wing will facilitate organizations working for /of Persons with Disabilities from all walks of life without any discrimination of their creed, caste or political affiliation. MQM under the guidance of Quaid-e-Tahreek Altaf Hussien Bhai & Rabita Committee will raise the issue on all National & Provincial platform on the Basic Fundamental Rights of Persons with Disabilities & inclusion of PWDs representation in National & all Provincial Assemblies.

She also addressed the attendees from different NGOs & DPOs, stating that the philosophy of Quaid-e-Tahreek Altaf Hussien Bhai & MQM was only, ‘Empowerment for All’ & we do not want any political gain or creating a soft image for our party, NGOs & DPOs may keep on working in their own independent capacities & if there are any hurdles MQM PWDs Wing under the guidance of Quaid-e-Tahreek Altaf Hussien Bhai & Rabita Committee are always there to support them. MQM PWDs Wing under the guidance of Quaid-e-Tahreek Altaf Hussien Bhai & Rabita Committee will become your eyes, limbs, ears & voice unconditionally.

The Disabled Community really appreciates & salutes Ms. Kishwer Zehra & Mr Shakil Ahmed Khan (Architects of MQM PWDs Wing) for their selfless efforts by providing us this platform to broadcast our voice for our Basic Fundamental Rights.

Last but not at all least, ‘OUR HATS OFF TO THE WORKERS & VOLUNTEERS’ of MQM, if any one wants to serve as a humanitarian actor, the MQM volunteers with their empathic, humble, disciplined & vibrant gestures are an example of Role Model in serving humanity.
