Karachi Wheelchair Basketball Tournament 2012 organized by Association for the Rehabilitation of Changlenged People (A.R.C.P)

Mr Muhammad Mobinuddin President  Association for the Rehabilitation of Challenged People (A.R.C.P) & Editor-in-Cheif Estanara Magazine organized a Wheelchair Basketball Tournament on 26th of May   2012, at KMC Basketball Court, KMC Sport Complex Karachi to encourage Persons with Disabilities from the grass-root level to get involve in this type of tournaments & exhibit their hidden talents, which could not flourish due to deprivation, humiliation & discrimination in their life.

Mr Noorudin.S.Bhamani A.K.A. (Munna Bhai) President Awareness Voluntary Organization & a hard core promoter of involving Persons with Disabilities in sports activities was invited as a special guest to this event by  Mr Muhammad Mobinuddin President  Association for the Rehabilitation of Challenged People (A.R.C.P) & Editor-in-Cheif Estanara Magazine.

More then a tournament, it turn out to be a selection camp for a wheelchair Basketball team. Mr Raza Aga, a trainer at the KMC Basketball Court, KMC Sports Complex said " I have never seen such raw talent, the determination, energy & an urge to prove their ability cannot be describe in words. If international stranded equipment & streamline training is sponsored by the government or the Corporate Sectors, there is no doubt this  Persons with Disabilities  can compete with any International Wheelchair Basketball Team." He also offered to voluntary  his service for the development & training of a Pakistani  Wheelchair Basketball Team of International stranded.

Director Sports KMC was the Chief Guest on this occasion, he awarded the shields to the participating teams along with other honoured guests & appreciated their courage.

All the attendees & participants applauded & appreciated the challenging & bold efforts to bring Persons with Disabilities from the grass-root level to the Basketball Court for a wheelchair Basketball Tournament by Mr Muhammad Mobinuddin President  Association for the Rehabilitation of Challenged People (A.R.C.P) & Editor-in-Cheif Estanara Magazine.
