COLOURLESS EXISTENCE (An Awareness Bulletin)

Most of the time where ever if a Person with Disability is seen approaching someone, it is assumed by almost all the general public that he is going to ask for some financial or medical help or presumed to be Aliens (creatures from outer space) or a contagious disease which will infect them as soon as they give us a nod in greeting or a warm smile.. ‘No Sir, this is not so’, not all Persons with Disabilities who approach you are in need of financial or medical assistances. They can be Prospective Buyers, Sales Persons, Clients, Lawyers, Teachers, Technicians.
Considering this situation Awareness Voluntary Organization has published COLOURLESS EXISTENCE (An Awareness Bulletin) The Awareness about Disability Issue in Pakistan in this bulletin will play a vital role in clearing the misconception from both, Persons with Disability as well as the General Public of false assumption of each other and an Inclusive Society will start to emerge. The bulletin will change people’s outlook towards Persons with Disabilities and bring about a positive mind-set, and a sphere of mutual understanding among them.
